Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kg99b platform — including the website available at kg99b.app, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, payment portals, and promotional features made available through that platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kg99b platform and close your account. Your continued use of kg99b following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. kg99b reserves the right to enforce these Terms at any time and against any user account without prior notice where a material breach is identified.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kg99b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balance, and if applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on kg99b, whether under your own name or any other identity.

Account Suspension and Closure

kg99b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by kg99b's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the request of the account holder, including voluntary self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools or the support team.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly inactivity fee as specified in the current fee schedule published on the kg99b platform.

Where an account is closed by kg99b due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance that does not arise from fraudulent activity may be returned to the player following the conclusion of any applicable investigation. Where closure is requested by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
